Meditation is such an important tool for body maintenance yet there is still such a large percentage of people who don't know how to do it.  I've decided to share with you two audios of meditations that I teach.  One is for chakra balancing and one is for receptive meditation.  Although these are free to you, I have provided a suggested donation for them as it will  help me to maintain this site and bring more information and tools forth in the future.
I suggest a  donation of $2 but anything you feel comfortable with is appreciated.

Note:  It is best not to lie down to do these meditations as you run the risk of falling asleep.  I suggest you sit with your back straight and your feet flat on the floor.
